Patmos Hills are only 300 meters from the beach and about five minutes from the town Centre, but you are surrounded by 2000 square meters of traditional farmland with 100 year old pines and olive trees, making your stay quiet and rejuvenating.

The house consists of two separate units, which may be rented together or separately.

Both units have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, and secluded terraces.

The Farm House has one large separate bedroom, and a combined living room, bedroom, kitchen. We normally convert the living room into a bedroom with two beds. Both rooms have separate doors to the terrace, which is covered by a pergola - functioning as an outside living room.

There is only one bathroom, but it is centrally located between the two bedrooms and no problem to use for four people.
